Part of our motto is the ability to cook red meat using ANY TYPE OF HEAT – and there’s many cooking methods to consider such as bake, broil, grill, & smoking to name just a few.

We want to provide recipes that cover the spectrum of cooking methods.   Use the drop down box located under the Recipes tab then scroll over Fire It Up to choose the cooking method you wish to use and several recipes will be provided.
