Ingredients

Italian Parsley
finely minced
1/4
cup
Oregano
finely minced

garlic
minced
1/2
TEA
Chipotle powder
1/2
TEA
Kosher Salt
1/4
cup
Red Wine Vinegar
3/4
cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1
pinch
black pepper
coarse or finely ground
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir together. That’s it, you’re done – there’s no “cooking” involved!
Let marinade in refrigerator for about 2 hours to let the flavors combine.
Use as a finishing sauce for grilled meats or vegetables. Also works well as a marinade before cooking.
