Grilled Filet Mignon Recipes
The king of kings! Filet Mignon steak over fire.
Big Tasty Steak Rub
or steak rub of choice
filet mignon steak
Lightly rub filet with olive oil.
Generously season with Big Tasty Steak Rub (or steak rub of choice).
Place steak on DIRECT heat on grill. Grill for two minutes, then flip and let cook for another two minutes.
Move your steak to the INDIRECT heat and cook until medium rare or 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let your steak rest for a few minutes to let those tasty juices redistribute back into the steak. Enjoy!
