- I'm Joey and today we'll be making some beer braised pork steaks. I will show you how this cut of pork can help turn up your next party without going whole hog on your bank account. Bottoms up. So today we'll be braising these which will make the meat so tender it should fall right off the bone. Braising is a two-step process. First we're gonna sear these on the grill before we put them in the oven. Next we're gonna wanna add in some barbecue sauce. I'm gonna add enough to really cover the pork steaks here. This is the part that's really gonna help add some flavor. This is just so nice, juicy and tasty. With these there's no need to slave over the grill all day. You can sear them the night before, put them in the refrigerator and then braise them in the oven the very next day. Then you'll hit your guests with a big dose of so good.
