WAGYU Steak – Wagyu Beef Flat Iron Steak, So TENDER!
Instructions
  1. Let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Season with Kosher Salt on both sides.
  3. Place a griddle over an open flame bbq grill.
  4. Cook 2 minutes per side until the steak arrives at an internal temperature of 120 – 125 degrees.
  5. Let rest 3 – 5 minutes.
  6. Serve.
