Classic Meatloaf Recipe With A TWIST!!
Today, we’re sharing a traditional meatloaf recipe with a TWIST.  This smoked meatloaf will be one of the best meatloaf recipes you’ve ever tried!

  1. Use ingredient list above but do not use the sauce ingredients, listed in the next step. Mix all the meatloaf ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the sauce ingredients (below) in a separate dish.
  2. In a separate bowl from the meat, mix together ingredients for the sauce – 2 tbsp worcestershire, ketchup brown sugar and / or mustard.  Set aside.
  3. Place saran wrap inside a loaf shaped pan.  
  4. Place and pack meat inside loaf pan.
  5. Refrigerate for minimum 20 minutes.
  6. Rub a little oil on top of a cutting board.  Place loaf pan upside down onto board.  The oil will help it slide easily off the board onto the grill
  7. Remove saran wrap.
  8. Cover the meatloaf with sauce and transfer to the grill.
