  1. Heat pan with 1 TBSP olive oil & 1 TBSP butter.
  2. Let the cast iron skillet get nice and hot.  It should be smoking
  3. Place tenderloin in skillet.  It likely won’t fit long so wrap around exterior if needed.
  4. Let it sear for 2 – 3 minutes.
  5. Turn it by on third and let it sear another 2 – 3 minutes
  6. Turn it one final time and let it sear for just 1 minute.
  7. Next, remove the skillet from the stove and place it in the preheated oven.
  8. Oven Roasted Pork
  9. Remember, the oven should be pre-heated anywhere from 435 – 450 Farenheit.
  10. Allow the pork tenderloin to roast from 5 – 10 minutes.
