Kosher Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Let steak sit out for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle kosher salt on both sides of steak.
Place on a wire rack and put it in the oven.
Cook the steak until it is an internal temperature of 115 degrees.
Remove the steak and sear in a cast iron skillet for 30 – 45 seconds on each side.
Let stand for 3 – 5 minutes.
