Kosher Salt
Instructions
Let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Season with Kosher Salt on both sides.
Place a griddle over an open flame bbq grill.
Cook 2 minutes per side until the steak arrives at an internal temperature of 120 – 125 degrees.
Let rest 3 – 5 minutes.
Serve.
