Sous Vide Sirloin Steak
Use the sous vide machine to preheat the water to 132 degrees Fahrenheit
Season the steak liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a small amount of olive oil
Place the steak in the vacuum bag and seal
Cook the steak in the sous vide water for 3 hours or until it reaches your preferred degree of doneness
Remove steak from back and pat dry with a paper towel
Sear each side on grill or cast iron skillet
Let rest for a few minutes. Enjoy!
