Instructions
  1. Slice the steak into thick pieces.
  2. Sprinkle steak pieces with half of the flavor packet from the beef flavored ramen.
  3. Heat 1 TBSP of the butter in a medium pan.
  4. Sear steak for about 20 seconds on each side. Remove steak from pan.
  5. Add the other TBSP of butter to pan. Saute the garlic and chives until fragrant.
  6. Add the rest of the flavor packet from the beef flavored ramen and coat the butter/garlic/chive mixture.
  7. Add ramen noodle to pan and add water until it reaches the top on the noodles.
  8. Once the noodles are al dente, push them to on side of the pan with the excess water. Add the egg. Scramble and let cook in the juices until it reach a creamy consistency.
  9. Combine the noodles and egg. While the noodles are cooking, add the Worcester sauce.
  10. Once the noodle have met a sticky consistency, it’s time to plate! Add the steak on top of the noodles and garnish with fresh parsely.
