Pork Seasoning – Flavor Bomb Pork Rub
This rub pairs well with any type of pork and is ideal for seasoning a pork shoulder to make pulled pork. You can watch our video recipe, Pulled Pork Baked In The Oven, where we use this pork rub to add a lot of additional flavor to the pork shoulder / pulled pork by creating a crunchy “bark” exterior as it cooks low and slow.

Ingredients
- 1.5TBSP Onion Powder
- 1TBSP Ground Black Pepper
- 1.5TBSP Garlic Powder
- 2TBSP Kosher Salt
- 1.5TBSP Paprika
- 1.5TBSP Brown SugarBest to use granulated brown sugar to avoid clumping
- .5TBSP Chili Powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and liberally apply to your favorite cut of pork!
