Have you ever been at the grocery store and wondered how one cut of meat varies from the others? How is a rump roast different from a chuck roast? Or a Sirloin Steak different from Flank Steak? Are these differences meaningful to the cooking method and recipe?
We created this website to answer questions just like these. Questions that we asked ourselves many times while shopping to host a Superbowl party, family dinner, or just making something delicious that isn’t from a restaurant.
No one wants to search the interwebs for hours, trying to find that perfect recipe for the cut of meat you already bought.
Our goal is to share information and recipes that allow our visitors to learn to cook “ANY CUT OF MEAT” using “ANY TYPE OF HEAT.”
