Today I’m making our Fiery Red Head Rub. This is an all purpose seasoning that is a perfect dry rub for beef, pork and chicken!
All Purpose Seasoning Ingredients
The Fiery Red Head Rub is a very simple dry rub that we created using common ingredients we had in our kitchen. One thing I personally try to avoid when I’m making rubs is sugar. I just don’t like a lot of sweet meat. I don’t like the way it can cause your meats to burn over a high heat. If you agree, this rub is perfect for you. Here is what you will need:
- 1.5 TBSP Lawry’s Seasoned Salt (get it here)
- 1 TBSP smoked paprika
- .5 TBSP crushed red pepper flakes
- .5 TBSP chili powder
- 1 TBSP chipotle powder
- 1 TBSP garlic powder
- .5 TBSP onion powder
