Ingredients

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Let steak sit out for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle kosher salt on both sides of steak.
- Place on a wire rack and put it in the oven.
- Cook the steak until it is an internal temperature of 115 degrees.
- Remove the steak and sear in a cast iron skillet for 30 - 45 seconds on each side.
- Let stand for 3 - 5 minutes.
