If you’re looking for a simple steak rub that you can make at home, look no further. We’re sharing our “Big Tasty” Steak Rub below, which involves ingredients commonly found in most kitchens.
Remember, liberal seasoning is the key to great flavor, so don’t be shy. Also, if you want to turn up the heat, substitute black pepper for red pepper flakes. The recipe below is enough for two large 1-1.5lb steaks.
Ingredients:
- 5 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- .5 TSP Ground Black Pepper
- .5 TSP Ground Sage
- 1 TSP Paprika
- .5 TSP Ground Beef Bouillon
Mix together and cover both sides of the steak with seasoning. Enjoy!
